NOTICE
HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT South Crestwood Drive Overlay Project
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the Town of Alexandria, Douglas County, Minnesota, will meet and hold a public hearing at the Alexandria Township Conference Room, located at 324 Broadway (lower level), Alexandria, Minnesota, at 6:00 p.m. on April 1, 2019, to consider the making of an improvement of South Crestwood Drive all in the Township of Alexandria, by upgrading and bituminous surfacing, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the property abutting on such road. The estimated cost of such improvement is $66,905.00. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessments and estimated costs of each project will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
