NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Alexandria Township Planning Commission will convene on January 23, 2017, at 6:00 PM at the Township Conference Room (located at 324 Broadway, lower level) to conduct the following public hearings:
Conditional Use Request to allow a used dwelling and garage in a Rural Residential zoning district, Alfred Kramer, applicant. Property is located at 3723 Airway Lane NE, Alexandria. Property ID: 03-0013-280.
Preliminary Plat of TQM Addition (2-lot commercial subdivision) in a Commercial-Urban zoning district. Ben Zacher, applicant. Property is located at 4801 County Road 82 SE, Alexandria. Property ID: 03-1757-800.
Preliminary Plat of Anderson Storage (2-lot commercial subdivision) in a Commercial-Urban zoning district. Raymond and Marcus Anderson, applicants. The property is located along County Road 82 SE, Alexandria. Parcel No. 03-1760-000.
All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to the Township office at PO Box 445, Alexandria, MN 56308. Copies of each application, the Township’s staff report, maps, drawings and other pertinent information are available at the Township office and are posted on-line approximately one week prior to the meeting date at http://www.hometownplanning.com/alexandria-township.html.
The Alexandria Township Planning Commission will be holding a public meeting to view this and other properties that are on the agenda and to gather information for the public hearing. They will be meeting onsite at the first location at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 and then proceeding to the other properties in the order listed below:
