NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Alexandria Township Planning Commission will convene on March 26, 2018, at 6:00 PM at the Township Conference Room (located at 324 Broadway, lower level) to conduct the following public hearings:
Preliminary Plat of Seventh Addition to Lake Geneva Estates, creating a 5-lot residential subdivision in an Urban – Residential district. Al Beisner, applicant. Property is located at Section 15, Township 125, Range 37, Fifth Addition to Lake Geneva Estates, Outlot B, 4.13 acres. Property ID: 03-1308-655.
Preliminary Plat of Lakecrest Townhomes, First Addition, re-subdivide four existing single-family residential lots into a 5-unit townhome development (PUD) in an Urban – Residential district, Robert Bugher, applicant. Highpoint Homes and Alexandria Homes, Inc., owners. Properties are located along Lakecrest Road NE. Property ID: 03-0200-125, 03-0200-130, 03-0200-135 and 03-0200-140.
Preliminary Plat creating a 1-lot commercial subdivision in a Commercial – Rural district. Evan Amundson, applicant. David Nelson, owner. Property is located along Geneva Road NE. Property ID: 03-0032-000.
All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to the Township office at PO Box 445, Alexandria, MN 56308. Copies of each application, the Township’s staff report, maps, drawings and other pertinent information are available at the Township office and are posted on-line approximately one week prior to the meeting date at http://www.hometownplanning.com/alexandria-township.html.
The Alexandria Township Planning Commission will be holding a public meeting to view this and other properties that are on the agenda and to gather information for the public hearing. They will be meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 onsite in the following order:
