Zoning Administrator’s Report:  Zoning Administrator Oleson provided a spreadsheet of zoning activities to date.

Old Business:  Oleson provided maps highlighting current and potential future commercial districts.  The commission chose to categorize commercial districts into three phases:  Phase 1 would be defined as those areas currently zoned commercial.  This phase still has roughly 70 acres available for development.  Phase 2 would be denoted as those areas for consideration in approximately 15 – 20 years; and Phase 3 would be identified as areas projected beyond 20 years.  Oleson was instructed to incorporate these phases into a new map.

Oleson stated there are currently three categories for Commercial zoning; i.e. Commercial Shoreline (CS), Commercial – Urban (C-U), and Commercial – Rural (C-R).  The commission chose to make a fourth category to encompass low-traffic businesses.

Discussion also centered on whether or not County Road 17 is being considered for a bypass.  If so, this may be an option for further commercial designation.  Chairman Steidl will research and report back at the next meeting.

New Business:  Deputy Clerk Fulghum outlined procedures for attending meetings from a remote location.

Adjournment:  Being no further business Haar, seconded by Steinbrecher, made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  Meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
