Summer Road Maintenance Services
The Alexandria Township Board of Supervisors is requesting proposals for Summer Road Maintenance Services for the period April 1, 2020-September 30, 2020. Proposals will be received until March 16, 2020 at the Alexandria Township Office, 321Broadway, Suite 101, Alexandria, MN. Proposals will be reviewed by the Board of Supervisors at the March 16, 2020 board meeting. Services requested include the following but are not limited to: grading of roads with a motor grader, mowing road ditches, spraying of weeds, sweeping roads, sign installation, and other maintenance. Proposals should include the following: Statement of Qualifications, listing of number and types of road maintenance equipment, listing of number of employees available to complete services, listing of relevant experience with other townships or other clients, proposed fee schedule, and references.
Successful contractor will be responsible for maintaining a certificate of insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 during the terms of this contract.
