Minutes of the meeting of March 8, 2011
A Board of canvas meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Alexandria Township was held on the 8th day of March, 2011 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Hwy. 29 North.
ROLL CALL: Supervisors present were Bryon Alstead, Jul Feuling, Joel Dahlheimer, and Roger Thalman. Also present was Gregg Raisanen, Clerk. As said members formed a quorum and the meeting was called to order by Chairman Thalman at 8:40 p.m.
Clerk Raisanen reported that the election judges provided an election summary to him.
A total of 29 voters voted in the election. One ballot was completely empty.
Julie Feuling received 25 votes for Supervisor Position D.
Roger Thalman received 27 votes for Supervisor Position E.
Bryon Alstead, seconded by Joel Dahlheimer, made a motion to certify the election results as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Being no further business Feuling, seconded by Alstead, made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 8:50 PM.
