November 8, 2016 Public Hearing Notice for Preliminary Plat of Dailey’s Country Pass

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Alexandria Township Planning Commission will convene on November 30, 2016, at 6:00 PM at the Township Conference Room (located at 324 Broadway, lower level) to conduct the following public hearings:

Preliminary Plat of Dailey’s Country Pass, a three lot residential plat with lot sizes ranging from 8.45 acres to 29.68 acres.  Laurence and Dawn Dailey, applicants.  Property is located at 3802 Hazel Hill Road SE. Partial legal description is as follows: Sect – 34 Twp – 128 Range – 37, NW4NW4 EX NW 7.13 AC; & NE4NW4 EX: E 300′ OF S 290.40′ OF N 906.21′ & S’LY 12.45 AC. AC 58.42. Property ID: 03-2178-000.

All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to the Township office at PO Box 445, Alexandria, MN 56308.  Copies of each application, the Township’s staff report, maps, drawings and other pertinent information are available at the Township office and are posted on-line approximately one week prior to the meeting date at http://www.hometownplanning.com/alexandria-township.html.

The Alexandria Township Planning Commission will be holding a public meeting to view this and other properties that are on the agenda and to gather information for the public hearing. They will be meeting onsite at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 23, 2016, and then proceeding to the propert(ies).
