NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Alexandria Township Planning Commission will convene on August 3, 2022, at 5:00 PM at the Township Conference Room (located at 324 Broadway, lower level) to conduct the following public hearings:
Requests related to the construction of a new dwelling/attached garage. Approvals required include a conditional use permit for the movement of more than ten cubic yards of material within a steep slope and more than 50 cubic yards of material in a shoreland district to raise land at the bottom of the slope to allow for placement of a dwelling. Michael R and Kristi K Huck Rev Trust, applicant. Property is located at XXXX Carlos Darling Drive Ct, Section 6, Township 128, Range 37, W 110’ of LOT 10 AC .71. Parcel No. 03-0356-000.
All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to the Township office at PO Box 445, Alexandria, MN 56308. Copies of each application, the Township’s staff report, maps, drawings and other pertinent information are available at the Township office and are posted on-line approximately one week prior to the meeting date at http://www.hometownplanning.com/alexandria-township.html.
The Alexandria Township Planning Commission and the Board of Adjustment will be holding a joint public meeting to view this and other properties that are on the agenda and to gather information for the public hearing. They will be meeting onsite at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2022.
