PLANNING AND ZONING: Zoning Administrator Oleson reported a violation letter had been sent to a property owner at 2749 LeHomme Dieu Heights NE.  He received notification from the property owner that the debris actually belonged to the neighbor, 2753 LeHomme Dieu Heights NE.  Oleson acknowledged to the property owner via phone call that a letter was sent to her in error and that the town has remedied that situation by sending a letter to her neighbor.  It was noted by the board members that there are still other items needing removal from her property.  Oleson was instructed to send another letter to her asking for removal of these items.

Oleson reported the cargo containers on Island Drive / Crestwood Drive have been removed.

Oleson reported a letter was sent to the owner on Maple Drive / Co Rd 81 concerning an accumulation of junk.  He was contacted by the landowner’s daughter, who said her father had just passed away and, while going through his paperwork, she came upon the letter from the township.  The daughter has indicated her willingness to work with the township to bring the property into compliance.  Oleson will follow up.

ENGINEER’S REPORT:  Supervisor Oberg asked for a quick update on the ALASR situation.
