NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Alexandria Township Planning Commission will convene on April 28, 2008 at 6:30 P.M. at the Township Conference Room (located at 610 Fillmore Street behind Trumm Drug) to conduct the following public hearings:
Preliminary Plat of Gavin’s Pt., Applicant: Lakeland Construction Finance, LLC
Property Description: S/T/R 4-128-37, Tract B Of “Registered Land Survey #1” Lying N Of ‘Le Homme Dieu Estates’ Ex: ‘Fourth Addition To Crestwood Hills’ & 4.54 Ac Lying S Of Lots 18 & 19 Blk 1
Purpose: To subdivide parcel into 27 residential lots.
Tabled Items:
Preliminary Plat of Lakecrest Townhomes, a/k/a Le Homme Dieu Estates Townhomes. Robert Bugher, applicant. James Deal, owner.
Location: Lots 1 – 5, Block One, LeHomme Dieu Estates, First Addition, Section 3, Township 128N, Range 37W.
Purpose: To re-subdivide 5 existing single-family residential lots into an eight (8) unit multi-family PUD (attached townhomes).
Conditional Use Permit. Robert Bugher, applicant. James Deal, owner.
Location: Lots 1 – 5, Block One, LeHomme Dieu Estates, First Addition, Section 3, Township 128N, Range 37W.
Purpose: Two CUPs required – one for multi-family housing in the UR district and one for creation of a planned unit development.
All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to the Township office at PO Box 445, Alexandria, MN 56308. Copies of each application, the Township’s staff report, maps, drawings and other pertinent information are available at the Township office and are posted on-line approximately one week prior to the meeting date at www.communitygrowth.com/alexandria_township.
The Alexandria Township Planning Commission will be holding a public meeting to view this and other properties that are on the agenda and to gather information for the public hearing. They will be meeting at the Township Office at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 22, 2008, and then proceeding to the propert(ies).
