NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Alexandria Township Planning Commission will convene on December 28, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at the Township Conference Room (located at 610 Fillmore Street behind Trumm Drug) to conduct the following public hearings:
Conditional Use Permit. Colleen Ellerbroek, applicant. Property is located at 311 Erickson Heritage NE. Legal description: Lot 5, Block 3, Sec 15, T 128, R 37 of Erickson Heritage 1st Addition, Ac .64. PIN: 03-1331-000
Conditional Use Permit. Donald Froemming, applicant. Gerald Krebs, landowner. Property is located at 4353 Highway 27 East. Legal description: Lots 3 & 4, Sec 22, T 128, R 37 of Movalds 1st Subdivision of Pt of N2NE4, Ac .92. PIN: 03-1800-200
All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to the Township office at PO Box 445, Alexandria, MN 56308. Copies of each application, the Township’s staff report, maps, drawings and other pertinent information are available at the Township office and are posted on-line approximately one week prior to the meeting date at www.communitygrowth.com/alexandria_township.
The Alexandria Township Planning Commission will be holding a public meeting to view this and other properties that are on the agenda and to gather information for the public hearing. They will be meeting at the Ellerbroek property at 2:30 p.m. and the Froemming/Krebs property at approximately 2:50 p.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2009.
