NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Alexandria Township Planning Commission will convene on June 24, 2013, at 6:00 PM at the Township Conference Room (located at 610 Fillmore Street behind Trumm Drug) to conduct the following public hearings:
Interim Use Permit request to allow limited temporary outdoor storage and/or display for sale of used dwellings, boats, boat lifts, trailers, vehicles or other similar items. Bob Noyes (BLL Properties, LLC), applicant. Property is located on west side of State Highway 29 NE, Sec 3, T 128, R37 (immediately south of 3608 State Hwy 29 N). Property ID: 03-0029-940.
All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing and be heard or send written comments to the Township office at PO Box 445, Alexandria, MN 56308. Copies of each application, the Township’s staff report, maps, drawings and other pertinent information are available at the Township office and are posted on-line approximately one week prior to the meeting date at www.hometownplanning.com.
The Alexandria Township Planning Commission will be holding a public meeting to view this and other properties that are on the agenda and to gather information for the public hearing. They will be meeting on-site at the property listed above at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2013.
