Winter Road Maintenance Services

The Alexandria Township Board of Supervisors is requesting proposals for Winter Road Maintenance Services for the period Oct. 22, 2019 – March 31, 2020.  Proposals will be received until 1:00 PM on October 18, 2019 at the Alexandria Township Office, 324 Broadway St., Suite 101, Alexandria, MN.  The Board of Supervisors at the October 21, 2019 regular board meeting will review proposals.  Services requested include the following but are not limited to: grading of roads, plowing of roads with a motor grader and truck, sanding of roads, sign installation, and other maintenance.  Proposals should include the following:  Statement of Qualifications, listing of number and types of road maintenance equipment, listing of number of employees available to complete services, listing of relevant experience with other townships or other clients, proposed fee schedule, and references.

Successful contractor will be responsible for maintaining a certificate of insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 during the terms of this contract.
