The following will be the subject of a public hearing on March 28, 2022, beginning at 5:00 P.M. (see enclosed site map for location information)
Hearing: Conditional Use Request to allow the movement of more than ten cubic yards of material within a bluff.
Applicant: All Around Companies
Owner: Joey Andreason
Property Description: Property is located at 2434 Little Norway SE. Legal description: Sect – 33 Twp – 128 Range – 37, Lot – 4, Block – 1, LITTLE NORWAY, AC .95.
Parcel No. 03-2108-215.
Purpose: To allow the movement of more than ten cubic yards of material within a bluff.

Hearing: Conditional Use for PUD Request and Preliminary Plat of Maple Storage.
Applicant: Brad Johanson
Property Description: Property is located along Maple Drive SE, Sect – 28 Twp – 128 Range – 37, N2S2NE4 EX PARTS AC 15.71. Parcel No. 03-1931-500.
Purpose: The CUP is to allow the creation and sale of 63 lots for storage units in an Urban Residential zoning district.

All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to the Township office at PO Box 445, Alexandria, MN 56308. Copies of each application, the Township’s staff report, maps, drawings and other pertinent information are available at the Township office and are posted on-line approximately one week prior to the meeting date at http://www.hometownplanning.com/alexandria-township.html.
The Alexandria Township Planning Commission will be holding a public meeting to view this and other properties that are on the agenda and to gather information for the public hearing. They will be meeting onsite at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 in the following order:
3:00 p.m. 2434 Little Norway SE
3:20 p.m. Maple Drive SE
