Notice is hereby given that the Alexandria Township Planning Commission will convene on May 24, 2021, at 5:00 PM at the Township Conference Room (located at 324 Broadway, lower level) and via teleconference to conduct the following public hearings:
Preliminary Plat Request for a 4-lot subdivision in an Urban Residential (UR) zoning district. GOJO, LLC, applicant. Ronald W. Jobe, Trustees, et al., owner. Property is located along Hazel Hill Road SE. Partial legal description: Section 27, Township 128, Range 37, SE4 SW4 EX: 4.58 AC & 15.31 AC IN N2 SE4 SW4 AC 20.11. Parcel No. 03-1888-000.
