Notice is hereby given that the Alexandria Township Planning Commission will convene on May 24, 2021, at 5:00 PM at the Township Conference Room (located at 324 Broadway, lower level) and via teleconference to conduct the following public hearings:
Preliminary Plat Request for a 4-lot subdivision in an Urban Residential (UR) zoning district. GOJO, LLC, applicant. Ronald W. Jobe, Trustees, et al., owner. Property is located along Hazel Hill Road SE. Partial legal description: Section 27, Township 128, Range 37, SE4 SW4 EX: 4.58 AC & 15.31 AC IN N2 SE4 SW4 AC 20.11. Parcel No. 03-1888-000.
Preliminary Plat Request for a 2-lot subdivision in an Urban Residential (UR)/Residential Shoreland (RS) zoning district. Thomas Wosepka, applicant. William and Judith Kluver, owners. All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to the Township office at PO Box 445, Alexandria, MN 56308. Copies of each application, the Township’s staff report, maps, drawings and other pertinent information are available at the Township office and are posted on-line approximately one week prior to the meeting date at http://www.hometownplanning.com/alexandria-township.html.
