NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON AN INTERIM ORDINANCE
IMPOSING A MORATORIUM ON CANNABIS BUSINESSES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of Alexandria Township will hold a public hearing during their regular meeting on November 20, 2023, at 6:05 p.m. in the Lower Level Conference Room at 324 Broadway Street, Alexandria, MN 56308. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider, and to possibly act on, a proposed interim ordinance authorizing a study and imposing a moratorium on cannabis businesses within the Township pursuant to the authority under Minnesota Statutes, section 342.13(e). Interested persons are welcome to attend.
