There were two conditions of approval: 1) that the existing home be demolished or removed by December 1, 2014. Any extension to this timeframe to be approved by the Planning Commission; and 2) that all water connections to the existing house be disconnected at the time it is connected to the new house. Mr. Just is requesting an extension of two months (until March 1, 2015) in which to remove the existing (former) home. Dokken-McFann, seconded by Steinbrecher, made a motion to extend the timeframe for removal of the existing (former) home to March 1, 2015. Roll: Hacker, Dokken-McFann, Steinbrecher, Steidl – yes. Opposed: none. Motion carried unanimously.
